The Sales Assistant - Becki was friendly from start to finish. I visited the store on three separate occasions and each time Becki was there remembering what we had discussed on my previous visit. The bed is for my daughter and she was made to feel important and enjoyed the visit as much as I did! Becki was knowledgable about all the products and helped us to select the best bed and mattress for us. So we have now ordered our new bed and we can’t wait for it to arrive. Thank you Dreams and Becki!

Becki was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and she was very confident telling us about the beds.there was no pressure to buy and Becki allowed us to try a number of beds, explaining the different styles for comfort etc. I would definitely go back to Dreams in Elgin as Becki was so helpful and kind.

Staff were sound and welcoming. Store had everything I needed and more.

The staff were knowledgeable, friendly,not pushy and I was very happy to make the purchase there an then.

customer service was excellent very friendly and courtious becks did not make me feel rushed and the manager was excellent although he was on his day off he also helped I wish every shop had staff as pleasant as yours ,it was a pleasure shopping in your elgin store

The assistant who help us (Louise) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products we purchased

I saw the bed we bought when passing by, love at 1st sight ( did not intend to buy a new bed at the moment ) the sales lady Louise is very well trained, very friendly and helpful . We are very happy with the service so far.
