Rebecca was not pushy and did not force any products upon me.

Wheb we entered both sales assistants were busy with other customers and we were not acknowledged (a short "we'll be with you shortly" would have done). When free we were treated amazingly well. A table of colouring books to keep our son occupied and we were looked after well, although not offered a drink like we heard previous customers. Becki was knowledgeable on the products and seems really interested and takes pride in her job.

The shop assistant.dales woman was very attentive,helpful honest and patient.

Friendly , Helpful assistant who knew her product and gave good advice about all aspects of the product and delivery times and purchase prices , could not fault her in any way , even made an excellent cup of tea while we browsed the store looking at all our options.

The help of Louise was invaluable. She made the whole process easy.

I found the shop assistant, Becki very welcoming. I was offered a coffee while i browsed. Any advice i wanted, she gave me. I found her very helpful and pleasant, while leaving me to have a look around by myself. This was the first bed shop i had looked at, to make a purchase and did not look further as i was so pleased with the service. Thank you.

The man in the Elgin store was very friendly, very helpful and understanding of my fussy daughters needs. He helped me find my little girls new bed, he also did suggest alternatives and ways to save money which is always what you want. Thanks again Elgin store we have a patiently waiting 9 year old on her bed .
