Staff in Elgin branch were very helpful - very welcoming. great service - lovely people. The items were I seen online were in store to try out - very helpful delivery as I was unsure on dates. great service all round.

The bed I was looking at online was right at the front of the shop when I arrived. I could get a good look at it before buying. The shop assistant was very kind and helpful. Process took minutes to buy. Plus it was on offer! I went to another bed shop before dreams and was very unsatisfied with everything.

Assistant was helpful, but not overbearing. Product knowledge was detailed and informative as well as relative to me. I did not feel pressured, nor did I feel she was out to sell me the most expensive bed in the shop!

From entering the door to leaving it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly, well informed and couldn’t do enough to help, they even phoned another store to clarify measurements as we had one measurements we were not sure of. John and Becki both helped with our decision and we are very pleased with our purchase. We were even told to call if we needed any other help.

Had been the day before my purchase to get advice,the assistant was very helpful.And so came back next day purchased the mattress she had recommended.Service was quick and assistant was friendly and helpful.
