Dreams - Elgin

Very friendly service when we walked into the store. Left us alone to browse and when the time was right Louise came over to give us help and advise on the mattress we were looking at. Easy to get along with and get overall a pleasant and easy shopping experience.

The store staff in Elgin were exceptionally helpful, which highlighted through their interaction with each other.

The staff didn't pounce on us straight away (which I hate) and allowed us to look at things in our own time. When we needed assistance they were attentive and very helpful. They listened to what we were looking for and advised us accordingly. They guided us in line with our requirements and weren't just trying to sell us the most expensive items in the showroom - in fact they highlighted a number of items in the sale which we had missed. They also allowed us time to consider our choices without undue pressure. All in all the service provided by the staff was very good.

Rebecca the sales assistant took the time and trouble to explain about the products and service on offer. So. together with me being able to test all the mattresses, I was able to choose the best for my budget at this time. She is a credit to your sales training and easily helped me to decide on the correct mattress.

The shop assistant was friendly without being intrusive. She let us know about the extras without being pushy. This is very much appreciated when most shops these days can have overly pushy staff. This is the main reason we will come back here next time we need a bed or mattress

The service given to me by Becki was excellent. Nothing seemed to be too much for her.

I popped in for a look around, John the manger in elgin was very helpful, very customer friendly. I would definitely go back and seek him.out for future buys .
