Becki was very helpful throughout our visits to the store. She was very knowledgeable, didn't pressure us and took great care to ensure that we found the right bed for our needs.

The woman serving us was well mannered, professional, helpful and friendly making our visit quick, easy, and painless.

I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner on entering the store and the salesperson had extensive knowledge of every kind of bed frame and mattress and was extremely helpful. The whole transaction was done efficiently and I was offered a cup of coffee whilst the paperwork was completed. I was very impressed with the service - and the coffee was delicious!

Really good Service took time to explain the product well and how it worked with a demo.

The saleswoman Louise couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable, she had a lovely attitude and personality , she listened to my specifications and what I wanted ,took me to the products explained thoroughly and I could ask her any questions comfortably , I felt she was as happy too find me a mattress to suit my needs as I was , and I felt extremely comfortable finding the mattress I was looking for ,she couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful and lovely , I didn't feel pressured or pushed into something I didn't want , I can't recommend her enough and will definitely call in again well done dreams great colleague
