The shop assistant was extremely friendly, personable and knowledgeable.

Sarah, who answered our questions and John, who took our order were both knowledgeable, helpful and friendly without attempting to apply any pressure. I was particularly pleased to receive 10% military discount.

I listed off thr things i was looking for and things I preferred. She kindly followed what I was looking for and gave me options and advise

The customer assistant Louise was highly knowledgeable about the products available and gave us her full time and attention explaining the difference of mattresses and letting us test them prior to selection.

We were greeted at the door, and allowed to browse even though I knew what I wanted. I was expecting not see the exact bed I wanted but it was in the show room. The whole experience was made purely down to one thing........Louise (validation number 287) She was so knowledgable about the products. She answered all my questions without having to ask them, therefore making the whole process enjoyable and timely. I will definitely comeback to Dreams

Opon our visit we didn't feel pestered or rammed with information. Was relaxed and very aprocable. Answered all of our questions with confidence and politeness. Nothing was forced felt like a natural experience and very happy with what we bought and very pleased with the customer service.
