The assistant (Louise) was very knowledgeable, she spent time asking about our preferences and showing us beds accordingly. We lay on each and decided to try one or two of the beds again before deciding on our favourite one. We were not rushed in any way and offereded tea or coffee. The store 287, was clean and tidy, we felt welcome.

I liked the choice of three types of mattress, and the explanation Louise made of the make up of each one. I completed the purchase in a very short time, and didn't feel the need to go elsewhere.

Louise, who was there on my 1st visit was helpful without being "in my face" she explained everything to my understanding & wasn't pushy - encouraging me to take my time & try the beds also giving me a print out of the cost of the most likely bed I would buy. When I went back Becki was on duty &I found her to be every bit as helpful & nice as Louise.

On visiting the store with my daughter the assistant made us feel so welcome and offered us all the assistance we could've asked for,talking us through the different types of mattresses and encouraging us to lie on them also to test them.She couldn't have been more helpful.Made the experience of selecting a new mattress much easier.

Great choices. Very helpful staff. Very knowledgeable about the sale. Got offered a beverage. Was informed of the pick up of old bed and mattress which is an absolute need for me. I was only going in to the store to price check but I was so impressed with the sale prices that I felt I wouldn’t get a better deal anywhere else so made my purchase.

The staff were very helpful and quickly grasped what our needs were, gave us plenty of choices and then organised and suitable delivery date. The sale prices we were quoted were very reasonable, and we were even offered coffee ! We will definitely be back and I will definitely recommend our Elgin store to my many patients.

Please with the service also they did not put any pressure on you just let you decide and think about it then came back to you to see how we were getting on.
