Excellent and friendly service by John at the Elgin branch. His knowledge and welcoming attitude convinced me to make the purchase with dreams rather than trying to shop online.

Staff were very friendly and seen to me as soon as I walked in the door. Talked me through all the different mattresses and listened to my needs. When coming to the purchase everything was explained thouroghly and overall it was a great experience.

Louise was very friendly and stayed well beyond the closing time to help my partner and I buy our bed. The price was very good and we have come away extremely happy and looking forward to using our new bed.
