In the Elgin store Lisa was very helpful made me n my mum very welcome and comfortable even offered us tea/coffee. She Never once made me feel pressured as I hate it when that happens and puts me off. She went through all the different types of matteresess ( which I had no idea there was so much types ) and got me to try them out to see which ones suited me. Even helped me find the bed frame I liked on your website. Still to wait on delivery but only have to wait a few weeks which is great as it gives me time to sort my bedroom out.

The first visit to initially look was great and the we returned to purchase the store manager served us and was excellent.

I was welcomed soon after entering the store by a very friendly helpful member of staff, she asked me if she could help, offered me and my family refreshments and showed me around the store to the type of bed I was looking for. I was shown a demonstration of the bed, as it was an ottoman style and helped with my choice of size and material. The order was processed very quickly and professionally, I was delighted to be offered a build service on delivery and that the old bed could be removed and disposed of if I want it to be. Fantastic service. Highly Delighted.

The help and explanation and knowledge given by sales assistant Lisa , was the reason that we purchased the item.

The assistant Rebecca was very well informed , took into consideration my specific needs, was not pushy and did not rush me, offered a cup of tea

Rebecca spent a considerable amount of time with us making sure we understood the difference in the products and ensuring we left with a purchase we were going to be happy with.
