Dreams - Elgin

Back pain over a long period prompted a visit to Dreams following a camping holiday ( sleeping on the ground) when I experienced no back pain. Obviously bed at fault. Amazing assistance from Sarah in Elgin, I nervously chose a "very firm " bed, reassured that I could return it if it was uncomfortable. Result BLISS. No back pain, amazing, thank you Dreams 😀

Have used Dreams in the past and have always been satisfied with our treatment at the store. The staff are always attentive and knowledgeable and go out of their way to help. Hence the reason we always return.

We were given space then received fast assistance when it was needed. Louise, our assistant was knowledgeable, friendly and informative. We were allowed adequate time to make a decision, free from any of the unacceptable pressure so common nowadays. We were given drinks while we placed our order and not hurried in any way. The whole experience was stress free and pleasurable.

The shop assistant Louise was extremely helpful both days I visited the store and was extremely helpful.My son has mental health issues and can sometimes feel anxious in stores but Louise was is helpful and friendly and made a usually difficult situation easy.

My visited another store that sold beds etc, but she was in the store for sometime and received no assistance whatsoever. We both then went to Dreams in Elgin where we were met with a very polite, knowledgeable salesman called David, he proceeded to stay with us advising us about the different types, styles, and variety of beds and matrasses' allowing us to try many of them before we made our decision, to which we felt no pressure to buy, the paperwork was done, the payment went through smoothly and we negotiated a delivery date to suit our schedule. All in all it was a very pleasant experience not being pressured and having the time to pick the right matrass suitable for us.

Very friendly customer service, and very informative about each product. Listened to what we wanted and tailored samples to this. Quick process and clean store.

Very good range of display items to examine and try out. Sales assistant Sarah has outstanding product knowledge.

I was served Ed by the manager of the elgin store he was so helpfully even offered me a cup of tea he chatted away and made me feel at home explaining everything about the wardrobe I was buying showing me with a tape measure the size to give me a good idea of how it would fit in my bedroom yes I can honestly say I'll be back in bought a bed there last year I like dreams and will shop with yous again thankyou

We were really impressed with the help we got at the Elgin Store I had been in twice with being served by 2 different assistants and both extremely helpful.

A lady named Louise very kindly showed us around and let us trial various bed and pillows. She gave us plenty of time to decide on a bed that is suited to us and then she once again gave us plenty of time in choosing a bed frame, there was no pressure in hurrying up or to buying a particular bed. She gave us lots of choice on different mattresses, bed frames, pillows and covers, she also explained everything that we needed to know in great detail so we fully understood everything that we were going ahead with. During the process of purchasing, she was very talkative and humorous which made me and my partner feel at ease. Very professional and welcoming which made our decision in finding a bed much easier and quicker than what me and my partner imagined. The delivery service was quicker than what we expected too, with the option of being able to return the bed after 40 days if we weren't suited to it made our opinions within the purchase even more reassuring.
