We were helped when we arrived. Were offered drinks. Everything was dealt with efficiently.

Extremely good sales rep whom took us through the process of identifying the correct mattress, was knowledgeable and honest on products providing us excellent information to make the right decision for what we need from a mattress. Overall very happy with the experience.

We would usually dread a visit to a bed / furniture store. My previous experiences usually involves being hounded by different sales people as soon as we walk in, pressuring for a sale. Walking into Dreams Hedge End was a breath of fresh air. We were met with a warm greeting from Evie and her colleague who took us through the best mattress type for my partner and I (using your sleep simulator). Upon receipt of our individual results we were shown the several different options available to us. Evie supported our budget by showing us different options whereby we ended up deciding on an ex display mattress and accessories to go with. All in all, we were very happy with the service provided from start to finish and would like to thank both Evie and her colleague for their help.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions easily. He really made us feel comfortable with our choices. Nothing was too much trouble and we were not rushed.

On our visit we found that the store was clean & tidy, great variation off beds to choose from, Tommy the employee was very professional and wonderful on helping us choose our next bed. He offered us a hour which was nice and the process of the ordering was very quick and easy. Defiantly will be shopping here again 👍

James was very friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and his ability to explain different aspects and find what was right for us made the experience so much better.

Very helpful staff, welcomed on entry to store and colleague quickly found to assist us (Tommy). Polite, friendly, listened, understood, and more importantly knowledgeable about product sold (mattress) and didn't try to push or influence our decision. Great experience all round - well done!
