Dreams - Hedge End

Carl was understanding as we were looking for mattress for our son who had back pain, listened to families needs and ultimately sold us two new mattresses and a new bed for husband and I after listening to his health issues and concerns. His service was outstanding and 5 star all the way. Nothing was too much trouble he offered sound advise and was attentive throughout.

Tommy the Assistant was extremely efficient and professional whilst also friendly. He was very patient and helpful and obviously pleased to offer sound advice without being “pushy “. The other members of staff were equally friendly and welcoming. We certainly enjoyed the visit!!

The expectations of trampling around stores looking at different mattresses was made really easy with your automated system Cut out the need to go else where, perhaps this should be advertised more?

We were greeted upon entry and asked if there was anything they could help with. We explained our situation and Sophia understood our needs and went through everything with us. We were offered a drink and even when Sophia was occupied she ensured we were looked after and has a colleague step in and offer support. We especially enjoyed the bed analysis, we have never experienced anything like that before

We were served by Carl and then by Jim. Carl politely handed us over when he needed to focus elsewhere. Both were really great in showing us stuff and then backing off to let us think. No overt sales pressure but there to hand to answer questions in a timely fashion. All with a chirpy demeanour and welcoming smile.

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive.

Sophia was lovely, very knowledgeable and didn’t rush us and wasn’t pushy at all, she gave us some good ideas, so much so we spent £2500!! 😮☺️ And we still have more to buy.
