Dreams - Hedge End

I had my daughter and Grandaughter with me .Andrew who was serving me was so attentive but not pushy. He showed me several mattresses then left me to try out myself and talk through with my daughter He was so helpful ..it was my first shop looking for a mattress and I left with what I wanted

The colleague serving me did an amazing job, he was friendly and at no point he put any pressure on us to make a purchase. His name was Carl

They approached me straight away and with very good because I was not looking for a better boy and they helped me even though they knew I’ll probably wasn’t going to buy one but I did and the mattress

The gentlemen helping us was really friendly and he was very understanding that we did not have a big budget to use and recommend products within our price but that were still right for us. Even after a selection was made he was super friendly and explained everything that we needed to know. Everyone in the store was helpful and ready to be there if you needed the assistance.

The store was well set out. Prices were clear as well as the information. Sales staff were not overly intrusive. When we were ready they made themselves available and explained everything. It was easy.

Wasn't looking forward to the process but was welcomed. very enjoyable, had a good laugh with the assistant.

Very friendly and professional. Knowledge of product putting customer at ease.
