Dreams - Hedge End

Tommy was incredibly helpful and polite. As the bed was for my teenage son, he spoke directly to him and asked about what he wanted so he felt involved and valued. There was no hard sell, just genuinely wanted to help.

We came a day earlier than the date and time booked on line and it was no issue. Carl was a star ⭐️ he was so helpful and informative, without ever being pushy. He understood we needed more time before making such a big purchase. Carl ‘shanty you stay!!!. When we returned a few weeks later Tom was equally as helpful and again gave us the space we needed, whilst being friendly and helpful. I can’t bear pushy sales staff, and somehow both of these 2 chaps walked the line perfectly. You should be proud of them, we made our purchase with you because of them.

When we arrived in store a chap said hello and said if we needed anything to let him know. We had a wander round and then Tommy asked us if we wanted some pillows to take around with us. Then we asked him some questions, he was really friendly and approachable, knowledgable and just great at his job. It was nice not to have the hard sell but you could tell he knew his stuff and just wanted to give us the right information for what we needed.

The beds were exactly what we wanted and all the staff very polite and pleasant with a good atmosphere in the store

Claire was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and took a lot of time to help us make the right decision. Nothing was too much trouble.

I explained what I was looking for and the sales assistant couldn't have been more helpful

Sophia was really friendly and helpful. Tried several beds without feeling pressurised. Nice to have a cup of tea while we were choosing.
