Very helpful staff, very patient with my elderly mother who was looking for a new mattress. The mattress was available for delivery very quickly, within 5 days

In total we were in the store for around 1.5 hours trying different products to find the one which was right for us. The Sales person had only been with the store a number of days but was very helpful (as was the store manager in his support for his colleague and also ourselves) and was very helpful and attentive. His manner of "salesmanship" was helpful but not over powering, otherwise we would have left the store immediately. All in all, a good experience and many thanks to the stores manager but especially the salesman himself.

We were met my Tommy who provided us with great product knowledge, answered all our questions, and was professional and polite. The bed match technology is brilliant and helped to whittle down our search. We weren’t pressured to purchase on the day, and instead we went away and came back the next day to place the order. We found a mattress that we hope we will be highly satisfied with.

Andrew was fantastic he showed me all options after working out what type of mattress I needed and was very helpful with any questions, will be back to get more beds in future

Very helpful and knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Took time to set us up on the sleep test then showed us a good variety of mattresses.

Staff greeted us as soon as we walked in. We were helped straight away. Evie from F&B ordered our bed frame with no problems and offered us a delivery date which worked perfectly. We then went downstairs and saw Sophia who helped us chose a mattress. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were offered a hot drink several times. All together a great experience in a clean, tidy and well presented store.

Your staff member Evie, greeted us straight after we entered through the door and asked us if she could help in anyway. We explained we were looking for a new mattress, Evie then took us through the whole process from start to finish, answering all the stupid questions I had to ask which put my mind at ease. She then took us through the Mattresses that came up and made sure we were catered for throughout. It was a very smooth operation and we left feeling that we got the best product without being pushed into it.

The staff were really helpful but did not use the "hard sell" technique. The knowledge of the staff member was very good. The offer of a coffee was welcome as we had spent all morning looking for a bed at other stores, which were not as good quality nor of a comparable price. Well done Dreams.
