Dreams - Hedge End

I was expecting to have to troll around a few stores to find the bed we wanted. Carl was extremely helpful & knowledgeable and guided us around a selection of suitable beds. Upon narrowing it down to a few it became obvious that any of them would be far superior to what we currently have. So the end choice was between fine tuning comfort levels & cost. It seemed pointless to go through this at a different store.

From the minute we walked in we were made welcome. We explained to Sophia that we had purchased a new mattress just over a year ago from a different company( no names mentioned Emma) I won’t bore you with all the reasons we hate it but Sophia took time to listen to what we didn’t want and pointed us in the right direction and found us our new mattress. She was great:)

Decent deal,easy and quick

It was an incredibly easy experience, we managed to get enough information required for us to make an informed decision. We were happy with the level of service offered by Sophia.

Good range of products, highly attentive and helpful staff and service. Offered pillows and water on arrival which was a lovely touch. Fantastic value for money and wait time is sufficient

Once we had specified what we wanted the whole experience was dealt with with speed and efficiency. Just what we wanted at the right price with good delivery time.

We liked how our mattress requirement was analysed by the machine - it was very accurate and helped us to find the right mattress. But most of all was Claire. She was outstanding - friendly, knowledgeable and he enthusiasm for her job was evident. We were very impressed. Dreams was the first of three shops we were going to visit but we didn't bother with the other shops because we knew it couldn't be matched.
