Tommy was very good at his job and did it in a friendly manner

We went in looking for just a new mattress and we were greeted by Tommy, he was very helpful he tried to set the bed up to see what mattress would be best, but unfortunately it would not work, he couldn't apologise enough that it wouldn't work. He took us round and showed us a wide range until we found one that was right for us. Thank you Tommy.

Carl was very helpful in showing us all the options available, and answered all our questions.

We were extremely impressed by your store and your product range, its quality, pricing and availability; and with the sales team, especially Claire who was our prime contact, welcoming, helpful and utterly professional approach. Having previously experienced almost total indifference at one of your competitors, this was customer service at its very best. Our on-the spot order of two sofa beds is ample evidence of our satisfaction... Good standards of PPE were practiced, alongside excellent standards of hospitality and service. Without wanting to sound over the top, and having visited 4 other disappointing providers, this was the 'dream' Dreams experience.

Sophia was our Sleep Expert and she was very good, pleasant and knowledgable. She explained how sleep match worked and took her time with us, we never felt rushed or pressured. We were offered drinks before we settled down to make a purchase.

We were looking to upgrade our matress, but weren't really sure what to look for. One of the colleagues, Sophia, was incredibly helpful and great at understanding what we needed without being pushy with sales. We were given lots of help and choices within our budget.
