I called store beforehand to check the mattress I was interested in was in store for me to try. The store colleague I spoke to James who was very helpful. I visited the store and was approached by James who directed me to the mattress I was interested about, he spoke about the mattress and also suggested I try another similar mattress for comparison. I tried both mattress and decided on my original mattress. The ordering process was very simple and quick so extremely happy.

Dale was very accommodating , knew his products and was able to give sound advice. He went out of his way to help us select complimentary bedside tables and linen box, even shifting items on display to pair with our chosen bed to ensure we were happy with our chiices

We used the Sleepmatch service to select mattresses suitable for our needs. The service suggested the most expensive mattresses but the sales assistant was very knowledgeable and demonstrated the value for money. Very happy with our choice

Sophia was brilliant. Explained our quote thoroughly and our choices so we could make an informed decision over which bed, mattress and cover would suit our needs. We didn't feel pressured into our transaction and we were given plenty of opportunity to try other mattresses in the store that fitted our profile and sleep needs! Sophie was very happy to help and really knew her stuff! Excellent customer service.

Shop floor assistance was very helpful and honest. Resolved my enquiries effectively and efficiently. My daughter accidentally left her wallet in the store too. Manager contacted and returned the item. Outstanding.
