Dreams - Hedge End

The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly . We were assisted to choose the most suitable products and very good availability and suitable delivery options .

The store was bright and clean, with an excellent range of beds. I was greeted warmly by Tommy after I had been there a few minutes. I hate being pounced on the minute I step over the threshold. He listened and remembered what specifics I had given

The assistant, Tommy, was friendly and approachable. He took time to understand our needs, asked questions in relation to the product and who it was for, so he could offer specialist advise to help us make our decision. He showed us all the options and was respectful of our budget. An excellent experience, we will definitely come back to Dreams.

We were greeted on entering the store and it was nice not to be bombarded by sales assistants immediately. We were given time to browse and when we looked like we wanted assistance it was given to us immediately. That impressed us because there is nothing worse than entering a store and being bombarded by sales people as soon as you step foot inside. Jim the sales manager served us and was very friendly, polite and attentive of our needs and it was nice to be offered bottled water too. He did not rush us into any decisions and it was a nice relaxed experience.

This was our second experience of buying from the Hedge End store and on both occasions it was a very good experience with help from a knowledgeable and friendly staff

Claire who served us was very helpful and could not have done more to support us whilst not being overbearing. She was knowledgeable about the products and was clear about what was the best value even though we went for a more expensive option in the end

All of the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The store manager, Dale, was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the options available to us which we had not already considered. We purchased an item that he recommended to us.

The Manager greeted us and asked us immediately if we would like a bottle of water (as wearing masks and it can get hot). He then went and brought me a pillow to use whilst testing out mattresses around the store. He was very friendly.

Appreciated your college looking for something that met our needs. Not just wanting to sell the most expensive shop. She listened to what we wanted and showed us the best options available.
