Dreams - Hedge End

Dale approached us when we came in the store to ask us if he could help. He proceeded to spend a great deal of time showing us the products. He was very knowledgeable but also was not pushy. We struck up a good rapport. We left the store to visit others to compare prices and products but returned later as Dreams was competitive but also Dale was head & shoulders better than the other we spoke to and he was part of the reason we returned. He is a credit to you and shows a great deal of enthusiasm for his job. I myself come from a retail background and know importance of great customer service which was demonstrated by Dale.

Product knowledge of assistant. Friendly and extremely helpful.

I had visited many stores looking for mattresses and bases, the day before, I was shown many different options after I had explained what I was looking to purchase. I discussed options with my spouse and decided on returning to Dreams Hedge End the following day to "test out" mattresses. Tommy immediately recognised me and came over to assist. We not only bought the mattress but the bed base as well. Really pleasant shopping experience , which can often be tedious. The offer of refreshment was a very appreciated gesture. Myself and my partner walked through the door of the hedge end branch and we was approached by Tommy. He was great, listened to what we wanted and took the time to show us what would suit what we wanted, he couldn’t do enough to make sure we were happy. For us it was a toss between a mattress in bensons next door or dreams, because of the service and the very friendly Tommy we decided to go with dreams. We are now waiting for our mattress and really looking forward to it.

The mattress assessment was great took a lot of testing the wrong mattresses out of the equation Staff were more than helpful, even ended up with new pillows on their recommendation!

Have ordered in the past so new what to expect

Tommy, Jim and Chloe (?) did a fantastic job. From helping us choose the right mattress to picking an ice pillow they were very helpful.
