The Sleep Expert Elisha was very welcoming and very efficient in enquiring of our requirements. After using the scanner, she pointed us in the direction of suitable mattresses for us to try at our own pace without adding any time pressure to choose.

I had seen the TV ad. about Dreams but wasn't thinking about a new bed until I moved house and the bedroom could only accommodate a single bed. Dreams seemed the obvious choice and there is a store very near to me. I looked in another store on the same site but Dreams proved to be the best with more choice. I received more help than I expected and it made it easy for me to choose the bed I wanted. The staff were excellent and looked after me with expertise and kindness. In short a pleasure to do business with Dreams and would recommend them to anyone who is thinking about buying a new bed.

From walking into the store Jim took every opportunity to look after our needs, giving us the time and freedom to make the right choice for ourselves without pressure. Both myself and my husband felt like Jim genuinely wanted us to find the right product rather than just make a sale.

Sophie was friendly, professional and efficient. Was so helpful and patient with us when we came to view, even though we'd said we wouldn't be buying that day. When we came back a few days later not only did she remember us but was just as helpful. She's an asset to the store, for sure. We will be back!
