Tommy provided us with a very good service and was very helpful.

I needed the product immediately so delivery date was my priority- the lovely sales lady Elisha was outstanding in her service and guidance

Sophia greeted us within seconds of coming in to the store and was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We had the true experience and did the mattress machine to help us see what suits our needs etc She then proceeded to show us all applicable to us after we had decided on the style of frame we liked. She was patient with us whilst we initially did not know what style we were looking for and we are very excited to have it just before New Years! Please thank her for all her help, she really is an asset to your company.

We had been into benson for beds before and were not impressed. Tom (in hedge end store) offered support and help, was friendly and knowledgeable - without being pushy or seeking to secure a sale. We managed to be supported to make a choice and looking forward to our delivery.

We were greeted as soon as we came in. We told the assistant what we wanted and he was able to provide us with options.
