Very helpful staff

I believe it was Thomas that served us… he was ever so helpful and patient with us while we shopped with my elderly grandmother who is not so able any more… he was informative and didn’t try to push any upsellls on to us. After a few attempts with my grandmas card we came to the conclusion her card had been blocked, but Tom was so patient with the attempts and explained that we could place a deposit to continue with the order and the balance can be payed later, which I could do in the meantime. Very pleasant experience overall for an elderly lady that very rarely leaves the house anymore :)

Good service

Excellent knowledge from all staff, we’re made to feel welcome into store with offer of tea or coffee which was something different but a nice touch. Asked to try out mattress this was no bother and assistance wasn’t a problem with getting a pillow to help. Salesman not pushy and we’re just very informative. A very good experience. A million times better then bensons for beds next door

Helpful & informed sales staff. The whole process was quick & efficient.

Flexible with appointment times as we needed to change last minute. Claire was great! Very attentive, fun & VERY knowledgeable. Offered a tea/coffee as soon as we walked in & didn't linger- the whole experience felt effortless. We thought we'd walk away with some ideas on what to buy but nope, didn't need to think about it, found the perfect mattress! Claire was patient with us and allowed us ample time to test, talk, test again & head right back to the first one we tried ( we weren't easy!). Cleaning regime after each bed test was vigilant & we felt at ease in this anxious time. The benefits of the extended warranty & all price & finer details were clearly explained so we had no questions. We learned something new with mattress care too. Claire listened to our feedback & suggested product based on it so we didn't feel like any one expensive product was forced on us. Overall, great experience and just wish we'd have done it years ago! P.S the technology to match your perfect mattress...wow!

The staff (particularly Claire) were very approachable and knowledgeable. We appreciated being able to take our time to try out the mattresses and make a decision.
