I found the staff member very helpful and greeted us as soon as we arrived. Explained what we needed and got us set up to find the right mattress. Tested the recommended ones and followed COVID so felt safe. The store was very clean and comfortable. We found the mattress with no pressure on us.

I was highly impressed with Sophia, the assistant who serve me. She explained very clearly about how the most suitable mattress could be chosen with the assistance of modern technology. After this assessment was done Sophia then showed me the various mattresses and helped me to have some pillows, protected so I could decide which one I thought the most comfortable. Once I had made a decision Sophia took down my details and explained to me the advantage of Bedcover which I decided to take. The delivery of my mattress was to be within four days of my purchase which is very impressive. The iced water Sophia gave me and my daughter was very welcome too.

Assistant Eisha was helpful and knowledgeable yet left us time to explore your products on our own. She handled all our questions and requests. She also took care to ensure we understood the billing and pricing and delivery options. Full marks!
