our assistant Elisha was excellent.knowladgable and informative,very polite.

We were greeted on entry to the store by Jim the store manager. Social distancing was adhered to instantly. He introduced himself and asked if we were looking for anything in particular. We told He guided us right the way through, but privacy was given and not stood over us whilst we tried different options with adequate protection provided. We were able to use the simulator in store which analyses you're body That was a great and somewhat funny experience. Everything was well organised and covid quite lines clearly observed. Jim was polite and pleasant the whole time. There was no pressure which is one thing I hate going into a lot of shops We were also not rushed into making any decision nor on trying to access the very slow Internet service in store to be able to access my discount scheme through the company I work for. Overall a pleasant visit. Would recommend anybody to visit dreams at Hedge End and to speak with Jim The atmosphere and set up he has instilled there is great, no pushiness, no standing over or following "potential" customers. The type of store I like to visit. Well done to Jim

Arrived at the hedge end branch was met by Sophia and the level of knowledge, her overall attitude and friendliness was great, good service and came away have tried and pur based a product that works for me

Elisha was very helpful and did not pressure us to make any particular decision. She had excellent knowledge of the products and spent enough time with us without being overbearing (which is a skill in its own right). We were very happy with the service and product - and assuming all goes well with the delivery - we would be very happy to recommend Dreams.

Sophia was our assistant and she was new to the store but her knowledge and help was second to none - infact the young lady was BRILLIANR

Claire was very friendly and listened to the budget I was working in. After looking round the store once there was no help from other sales assistants (as Claire was already with another customer) , but when I came back a little while later, she was more than happy to help me. Claire helped me with the cost of my bed being assembled by Dreams as she knew I was moving to a new house and had a lot to organise. This was very helpful. Using Sleep Match in store to test out which mattress was best for me was extremely useful & again Claire helped me to select the best mattress for my comfort but also in my price range.

Sales assistant was extremely helpful. We initially visiting next door benson beds before dreams and found our experience at dreams a1. The bed machine to identify the top list of beds suitable to us was brilliant and the lady who served us was extremely knowledgeable and not at all pushing which often puts us off. We didn’t feel we were being sold something not suitable at any time and she gave a lot of her time In helping us find the right product.

We were served by Tam, who took time to explain each of the options so that we could choose our preferred options
