I had to for a master's for a mattress for my elderly father. Jim who helped us was absolutely fantastic.. Really patient.. Very understanding and took loads of time to help us make the correct choice.

The very first thing was the friendliness of your staff. You have a truly dedicated and professional staff at the Hedge End store. Also the easiness and clarity of the whole buying process was spot on.

As soon as we came in we were approached by Jim and he let me know about the machine that looks at how I sleep. He was really nice and helpful, gave me space to try out the recommended mattresses and also offered us a drink and made sure we were comfortable. Left that day with a great mattress ordered at a great price, along with the mattress insurance and a protector.

Jim, who served us was incredibly friendly & helpful especially considering myself & my partner were feeling a bit overwhelmed by the amount of choice.

My partner and I were served by Tommy in the Hedge End, Southampton branch and the experience was exceptional. Tommy made us feel very welcome, took the time to understand our needs and gave us space and time to consider our options. Tommy is a credit to the store and the Dreams brand. Carl also helped us and he was also brilliant. Sometimes sales people are a bit pushy and you get the sense they are chasing a commission payment; this was absolutely not the case with Carl and Tommy. They both gave us the time and space to make our options and it felt like we were buying a mattress from a couple of friends.

The store manager Jim was friendly and approachable, the coffee was a nice touch. Carl was great at showing options also.
