we were welcomed and passed to the colleague who would guide us through the process of choosing our mattress with a proper introduction. We were given all the time we needed and the pros and cons of each product were explained. The store at Hedge End is a few miles from where we live but it was worth the journey, uncluttered, clean and calm.

Over the two days we visited the shop the same helpful gentleman Tommy approached us asking if we needed any help to which we did. He offered us the sleep match which we did and showed us all of the mattresses recommended for us within our price range. After we found the right mattress for us Tommy took us to his desk to process the order and the price of the bed frame was different on the computer to the price in shop to which the manager then came over to correct and got our little boy some colouring pencils and paper to keep him happy and busy whilst we did then boring bit! They were both brilliant with our son and included him which always makes a shopping experience that much better.
