Dreams - Hedge End

We were instantly by Claire in the hedge end branch, she asked us what we were looking for and listened to what we wanted. She then advised us to try the mattress match machine which was fantastic, she the took us around rhe store with a clean pillow each and a piece of paper so we were able to try each mattress. Claire spoke about each mattress and explained what it had to offer as well as informing us of the price. We then had some time to loon around alone and decide on a frame, she was avaliable for any questions and helped us with finance deals etc. Claire offered us some bottled water and was extremely friendly, helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. We would definaly return to dreams and we would like Claires help again in the future!

We walked in the shop. An assistant immediately found the two beds we had been viewing online. The assistant was available to answer any questions and offered us water and a colour sample for one of the beds without us needing to ask. The buying process was quick and efficient and the price was satisfactory

The main reason for highly satisfied was down to Claire, the person who served us. She was incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive. She took time to take us through the options in various ranges. She positioned the benefits of the add ons well and we ended up with enhanced warranty and new pillows etc. We came away feeling we had got great value for money. We were intending to shop around but in the end we didn’t look any further.

James was excellent. He was knowledgeable about the different beds and other products.

We were welcomed by a lovely man called Tommy, he helped us discover which mattress would be the most suitable and explained all the benefits. He said he had only been working there around 5 weeks but was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the beds and mattress.

Store Assistant Tommy was extremely helpful, understanding and positive. We enjoyed every single minute in this store. He showed all mattress what we could like, if we said that's not for us he never suggested similar to that what we didn't like. I wish every shop had sales man like he.

Was Greeted by the Store manager (Jim) who handled our order from start to finish.

Our assistant, Sophia, was very helpful and knowledgeable. She understood our needs and helped us pick a suitable mattress and pillows.
