Dreams representative Claire, from the Hedgeend store welcomed us and provided us with information and knowledge in choosing a new mattress. We used the mattress choice machine. From this result, Claire continued to show us which mattress would benefit. She was friendly, attentive and respectful throughout our visit. I can't commend her highly enough. Very friendly staff We loved the mattress testing and in fact we got the mattress that was recommended to us by the test as it was the first time we both 100% agreed on mattresses straight away

We visited two stores Truro and Hedge End in one day.. Geoff at Truro was superb and helped us even though we weren't local and organised Hedge End to get in contact. Elisha in Hedge was superb with us.
