Tommy took time to understand what we wanted and needed and worked within the price parameters we gave him, delivered in a friendly, warm demeanour.

The assistant who served us (Tam) was very knowledgable and took time to answer all of our questions. Tam was very friendly, has a good sense of humour, immediately put us at ease and wasn't at all pushy.

Great personal experience with Tommy and Alisha in the Hedge End store. We asked lots of questions at the end of their shift and they were very professional
