Tommy took the time to expertly handle our questions and made recommendations that we wouldn’t even have thought of. The product knowledge and the general feel of the team inside the store was all spot on

We were looked after Claire C, she really looked after us she was with other customers but still managed to help us out she put us on the sleep machine to begin with what was very clever and this really help to decide what mattress to go for! We were offered drinks, we had planned a day of looking for a bed and we walked in to dreams and was very impressed with service and quality of beds we decided quite quickly that we didn’t want to go anywhere else
