The assistant was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. She was able to give us additional information that wasn't obvious from the documentation in store

Tommy the assistant was so helpful went through the problem we had with the size of the room we were putting the bed and came up with a great solution nothing was to much trouble ,the only criticism is that the fitting of the bed is not free

From the moment we walked into the showroom we felt welcomed, Sophia was very professional, her product knowledge was of high standard and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase. We were offered to use the sleep machine which helped us decide which mattress to choose.

Came in got great customer service and was helped go find the bed and mattress required and experience them in person. The only thing was delivery time but that was because of bed frame

Sophia was able to help with what I needed right away, she gave me advice and helped chose the right bed and mattress for my needs - the whole process was very easy

Your staff were friendly, but not pushy, helpful but not intrusive. Clearly the team had a good working relationship and were assisting each other. We were really impressed with the service and have already told others about the good experience we had.

The knowledge and time that Tommy had for us was brilliant. Having never bought a bed before, he was very helpful in assisting us. The banter was hilarious between work colleagues as well, which is nice to see someone happy to be at work on a Sunday. The offer of a bottle of water was a nice touch too, although wine should be an option too 😂

We were given advice without pressure. Time to consider our options and did not feel helicoptered into a sale.

Carl was very helpful. We were looking for my 5 year old daughter and he could sense she very nervous trying out mattresses in front of him so he gave us some space. He offered us a brilliant deal and we were very satisfied
