Dreams - Hedge End

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. One of the things I appreciate about Dreams (I have shopped there before and also recently took my parents to a different Dreams store) is that there is no high pressure sales at all. We were shown a range of mattresses at different price levels - absolutely no bias towards higher price products (although we chose one of the more expensive mattresses). We were given plenty of time to try the mattresses. Very impressed.

We were welcomed as soon as we entered the shop by Claire in HedgeEnd, She was helpful and went out of her way to get us the right beds to fit into our time scale. Thank you to Claire,

The young lady we dealt with was very professional and knowledgable about the products on offer. She was friendly and made us feel relaxed taking time to ensure she fully understood our needs, demonstrating options available on a number of products. We only visited the store to give us an idea of products available but we’re so impressed that we placed an order there and then.

The salesman was very helpful and went out of his way to make us feel at ease and was through in the way he helped in selecting our purchase,James A was a very courteous and professional young man a credit to your training

The assistant was very good she had only been there a few weeks but had no trouble in showing us anything we wanted even if it was a combination of things to suit the bed she should be praised for being so good and finding it no problem what ever it was that partly why we didnt move till we had found what we wanted very ggod

Alicia greeted us and made us feel welcome on arrival. Other staff helped find entertain for our children so we had the opportunity to look round. Alicia was knowledgeable and listened to what we were after

We visited the Hedge End branch and Claire was so helpful, immediately spotted that we needed help and guided us to the bed that tells you your pressure points and suggests mattresses. She then showed us every mattress on the list and was super patient when we kept going back and forth! The ordering process was quick and easy, we really can’t fault our visit and are so excited for our new mattress to arrive! I’d also like to add that Claire’s knowledge of all the mattresses was very impressive and we feel confident in the advice and information she gave.

Fantastic range of products. Well trained staff with lots of knowledge helped guide us through what can be a time consuming and difficult choice.
