Staff member ( Claire) made her self available without being pushy, she welcomed us as we walked in the store and was very helpful, we particularly liked the mattress test to see which mattress would be suitable for our needs.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Both Claire’s were lovely.

I was looking for a bed with specific delivery options and I was served by Claire C who was so so helpful and friendly, she made what could've been a bed nightmare into an easy straight forward purchase.

Everything went very smoothly from start to finish and completed in no time, also very quick delivery time. Very satisfied.

Alicja was fantastic. Her product knowledge and care were spot on. She was very good at finding out exactly what we needed and helping us to select just the right mattress. The manager James (I think) was also really friendly and engaging and we instantly felt we would come back to buy again. We were delighted to be offered ice cold bottles of water on such a warm evening. Thank you for exemplary service and a sincere warmth that is rare.... We will definitely be back and recommend to friends and family... 😊

Both staff member and store manager were very helpful in attending to my requests and needs. They made sure I felt comfortable and explained any questions I had with great detail therefore easing any anxieties or uncertainties I had.

Me and my wife booked a slot in your Hedge End branch for 17th July. We put our masks on and were pleased to see how clean and tidy the store was. We were greeted by the store manager Jim, he was really polite and explained the cleaning process, as well as guiding us to the new sleep match machine. He made us feel at ease as we hopped onto the machine. He gave us pillows wrapped in paper for sanitation purposes, He then passed us over to the Claire in sales. Claire was really easy to talk to, with a really decent amount of knowledge about each bed we layed on. Both Claire and Jim offered us drinks, which was a nice gesture on a hot day. I asked Claire if me and my wife could take a few moments to discuss. We didn't plan on buying a bed right away, however the first bed was perfect, there was absolutely no pressure to buy. The payment was pretty quick and easy. There is also an option to collect our old bed and I asked Claire If the bed is recycled when it's taken away, to which she said all old bed parts are always recycled. Which is an absolute bonus. Overall this was a positive experience for us, and if we ever need another bed in the future, we will be coming back.

The lady that assisted me was very knowledgeable, she listened to my wants, needs and concerns and acted on them accordingly, I wanted two beds, but different, the lady was so helpful, I got everything I needed and the delivery was less than a week, the beds have been delivered today

On entering the store we were greeted well and the staff had a manner about them. The Store Manager was the individual that served us, he was excellent and said he brings a policy of not watching over people during their time in the store and I love this! As a customer the first thing that puts me off buying something is someone following you round the shop and not allowing time to think.
