The assistant manager Claire was helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to help me decide on my mattress choice and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Super service.

James was extremely friendly and helpful whilst dealing with our queries. His knowledge appeared to be well grounded and what he didn't know he readily found out for myself and my wife. The store was well laid out and clean.

The store manager provided us with a bed that, hopefully, will satsfy our requirements.

Jim who helped me listened to what I wanted and showed me the choices after using the sleep thingy, (sorry I’ve forgotten what it was called). Gave me suggestions for pillows. I bought one and it made such a difference! Jim referred me to Mike to get the bed frame, who was also extremely helpful. I did go to Bensons for beds next door but left after a quick look round without anyone asking if I needed any help. What a difference in service! Will never go there again. Will highly recommend Dreams to friends and family.
