Was greeted on arrival, offered free water, was put on computerised bed to determine what type of mattress would suit us and then shown beds which matched us. Was informed of type of mattress and we chose one which was very comfortable and at a reasonable price

I had fantastic service the moment I came into the store. Alicia who was the sales assistant was very helpful, knowledgable and I never felt any pressure in purchasing something. She was very friendly and so were the other staff. I will certainly recommend Dreams to friends and family

Jim the store manager was great and very efficient as they were busy. James our sales person was great. A tiny bit too much bias pushing you towards the tempur mattress though.
