Jim was great. Very helpful and honest in his opinion. He listened to what I wanted and was happy to let me go back and forth between the beds. Even though my daughter was being a pain! 😊

Had the full attention of one of your advisors, we used the sleep machine to better understand our needs and then he provided us with useful information of what products would best suit our needs. When we asked questions, he knew the answers and elaborated further.

We’re not approached too quickly by a colleague but quick enough for us to be served when we wanted. Got the chance to use the sleep machine to tell us types of mattress we should go for. We’re offered a variety of mattresses in differing prices all within our budget. Customer service was 10/10.

James and Jim were very helpful! They were both very professional, polite and patient. My first visit, James was very welcoming, showed us a great choice of mattresses to suit us, offered us great advice and offered us a drink. My second visit when I came to order, James was once again very helpful and offered us drinks and special offers!
