We needed a new bed quickly as my wife is going to be spending some time in rehabilitation. Alicie went out of her way to try to find a suitable divan base with a short lead time. She searched 3 or 4 different options for us and was very helpful throughout. Jim, the store manager was also very helpful in ensuring that we got all of the promotional deals that were in place with the Tempur mattress. Delivery was made exactly when we were told it would be. I will definitely return to Dreams when I next need a bed, and would recommend friends do the same. Also, despite having a more local Dreams store which I am sure is very good, I would return to the Hedge End store as Jim and Alicie's customer care was second to none. Thankyou.

I only went into the store to enquire about product availability and delivery times! The store assistant Jim was very helpful without being pushy and talked me through the options of which mattress to buy! Needless to say I bought a mattress there and then and arranged a suitable delivery date!! I was very impressed with the assistants knowledge, friendliness and professionalism! Overall very pleased!

The cleanliness of the store and safety procedures in place together with the warm friendly approach of the staff, made for a very pleasant shopping experience.

Staff were very friendly, patient and really listened to my needs. They were knowledgeable and provided multiple options of products that fitted my criteria. The store was clean and well organised and I felt I was looked after throughout. I left with the perfect bed and happy with my purchase!

We looked around many bed stores before visiting dreams in hedge end,Claire was lovely from start to finish,taking care all guidelines was followed explained what we were looking for and we’re giving about 5 choices of beds ,haven’t got are bed yet but cannot wait .

The assistant Eleisha was very attentive and helpful but gave me time and space to assess each mattress I tried. Haven't bought a new bed for myself for over 20 years and was impressed by the new technology. I enjoyed my experience at Dreams and look forward to getting a good nights sleep on my new bed in a few weeks- less waiting time than I had expected!
