as soon as walked in the door we were met with a polite welcome and a smiling face , we were treated well and everything was first class

Very quick serve. We were in and out within 30 minutes, we weren’t going to buy but the lovely store colleague was very helpful and managed to help us find exactly what we were looking for

I was greeted politely from a safe distance. The salesman listened well to my needs and met all expectations. I did not feel pressured at any point and actually enjoyed the whole process.

Elisha took time to listen to what I wanted. She helped me to use the special bed to determine what mattress was best for me. When I told her my budget she was able to find me suitable mattresses within it.

We always buy our beds from Dreama as they are simply the best. The staff are always friendly, professional and attentive. Plenty of options all of which were explained to us in detail by a friendly colleague who did not pressure us in to making a quick or rash decision. The store was brand new, so clean and airy and parking was excellent.

Tam was most helpful and knowledgeable having visited bensons for beds who appeared to have little knowledge of tempur .delivery time was better than my first preference John Lewis .
