Excellent assistance from both the manager and the store assistant who initially greeted us and set up the sleep match machine. Offered us water as it was quite warm and generally couldn’t have been more helpful

The assistant was very knowledgeable and very happy to stay in the background but be close enough when needed. At no point did I feel pressured into buying anything and probably because the assistant was not overbearing we placed an order.

After trying the bed recommendation technology, which was interesting. We tried a number of beds on the list, all with the expert guidance of your staff. They didn’t rush us at all. Even when we needed to go measure up not completing the transaction in store, the attitude towards us didn’t change (it could have appeared as though a sale would not take place). After measuring up, we called the store and spoke to the person who served us earlier, and placed our order.

Staff on hand to help. Both items reduced. Delivery could of been in 5 days if we wanted it & free delivery on a Saturday.

I was a little nervous going shopping because of Covid-19, however from the moment I walked into the store I felt “safe”. Jim (James), met me at the door and immediately offered his assistance, explained the store’s safety precautions, cleaning procedures and protection for me and everyone else in the store. He was very approachable with a pleasing persona. He told me he hadn’t worked in the industry for long, which I was surprised at because he was very knowledgeable and knew his products. He encouraged me to complete the assessment machine, (can’t remember what it was called) but didn’t put pressure on, I did the assessment and Jim showed me the mattresses to suit me. I actually bought 2. I would recommend Dreams in future and especially Jim, he’s an asset to your company, get him training any newcomers to your company. Thanks Jim.
