On arrival we were greeted by Kieran, he was happy to help as we didnt have a clue what type of mattress we wanted. He spent a lot of time with us and nothing was to much trouble. It's actually nice to recieve some good customer service for a change!

The guy who served us was new, but he had obviously taken his training seriously and was very helpful and knowledgeable. My mum is 80 and has Dementia, he was very patient and understanding. A credit to your team.
