Staff were helpful but didn’t have that high level of welcoming or happiness. Smiling a bit more would go a long way!

The overall experience was good but i struggled to find exactly what i was looking for, forstly the store layout is confusing as thier isnt any sinnage pointing you in the right direction, you just have to look at everything and hope you find what your loiking for

Would have liked an earlier delivery date

Was very satisfied with what we was looking for and the help received. Didn’t try to over sell just answered and showed us what we wanted

We visited 2 stores, one in central Southampton and one in Hedge End. The store in Southampton we were assisted by Rina however she was very pushy and this put us off purchasing in this store as we felt rushed into buying something. Later in the day we visited dreams in Hedge End and we were assisted by Jim who made us feel much more at ease was very helpful and we purchased the mattress here instead. Jim helped us find pillows we wanted also and left us to try different things without watching over us - which can be super awkward when trying mattresses. If everyone was like Jim we would have been highly satisified.

No complaints really I just wasn’t highly satisfied, once I’ve slept on the bed a bit we’ll see. Concerned item I’ve bought may reduce in price soon and leave me out of pocket.

Certain bed frames I would've preferred in a cream or white colour, but beds were not made in these colours. Not an issue, as I selected grey, and not the fault of dreams, as I realise certain colours are in fashion at present.
