I had to go and flag someone down for assistance as we were waiting by the mattress that we had decided to buy. The shop was not overly busy. Once I received some assistance, the service was great.

It will be 4 weeks before my mattress will be delivered. The colour mattress protector was also not available

Highly satisfied is when everything is perfect but items were out of stock so I couldn't say i was highly satisfied. I went into the Hedge End store in the morning spoke with Tam who pointed out his recommendations for a mattress, we tried them out was given a bottle of water as it was a very hot day. We then went home to do our research having been told by Tam that the offer ended that day. We returned later in the day to finally make our purchase and was dealt with by James A who despite having problems placing the order on the computer was quite happy to stay beyond the stores closing time to complete our purchase and took time to explain the whole process, guarantee and related costs.

The salesman was very good, but tried to sell us stuff that we did not need, didn't feel this was necessary as we explained that the bed was only a spare and would hardly be slept in
