SOPHIA dealt with us very professionally, respected our need to discuss alone, provided all the information we needed and even information we didn't know we needed. She arranged the sleep match process and then explained the difference in the mattresses very well. She was respectful when asking my child's age. She offered us water and tea or coffee, once when we were perusing and again when we ordered. She arranged for a colleague to take over from her when we returned to buy. She was very intuitive about me not wanting junk mail. Overall friendliness and genuine interest in what we needed. Didn't try the hard sell when we went to Bensons to compare. An asset to the store. Allowed my autistic child to take home the clappy hands from a conference.

The assistant in store was really nice and helpful. It was well laid out and the products seemed good.

Andrew was brilliant - offered to help out straight away and was on hand to answers all the questions we had, along with other members of staff. He was really friendly and well informed on the products. Excellent customer service.

The people there were really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I have been offered something to drink, they took the tike to ask all my questions.

My staff member (Carl) was pleasant, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He did not pressure me into any particular product, but gave me several options to select from between the cheapest and the dearest based on my scanning results. He also offered usbrefreshments which was a nice surprise. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The advisor was very thorough and keen to get the right product for us. They weren’t through all the options thoroughly and took time to understand our needs!

I was greeted when I went into the shop. I was quite specific with what I was looking for. The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and took me straight to the products I wanted to test.
