Customer service was impeccable! Tommy who assisted me in store was knowledgeable, friendly and couldn't do enough to help me in choosing the most suitable mattress for me.

Sophia was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when we first visited the store and when we returned to make our purchase a few days later Jim was just as friendly and helpful.

Carl was friendly and showed us the type of mattress we needed. We were shown several mattresses and were given plenty of time to test them out. Carl answered without hesitation any questions we had. After deciding Carl went through the paperwork and explained when the mattress would be available. A thoroughly satisfying experience.
