The whole process of seeing a bed to purchase was so smooth

I was extremely satisfied with my visit because the sales woman’s skills were excellent! She was a lovely lady called Ayesha , and she allowed me to lie on a machine bed in which I was able to get a feel of the mattress and see which one was most suitable for me. She even served me a glass of water which was very kind. This experience resulted in me purchasing not one, but even two very comfortable mattresses from dreams!

I really like how the staff member treated us and showed us a variety of beds that suits us. They were very clean. They offered us water. She was nice to me and my children's. Overall the visit was fantastic. Thank You.

The staff member Pam was exceptionally knowledgeable and took the time to understand our needs. She even welcomed us and offered complimentary drinks and for us to test a service which would tell me which bed would be ideal for me. Very bespoke

James was proactive with our needs and went out of the way to get our sleep patterns on computer etc and got us to try various different mattresses bed bases and pillows

The person who greeted us was very friendly. It was only his second day on the job we found out at the end. We thought he knew what he was talking about and made us relaxed. He offered us a drink and a chance to try out a bed to see what our ideal mattress should be.
