First of all the gentleman that show us and explained us about your products is an amazing person, very friendly and was so easy with him to choose the right bed and mattress for us. Since the moment I entered I was greeted by Ayesha, she was very friendly and understood what I was after. She offered me tea multiple times and made sure I was comfortable before placing the order. The store was immaculate and the beds were perfectly placed making for a great experience. She wasn't too pushy like other sales people and companies (Harveys) and she made sure that I was happy before continuing the process. Once I'd placed the order Ayesha said goodbye and saw me out of the store in a kind manner. Overall absolutely smashing service, would give 10/10 and would definitely recommend to my family and friends when we're purchasing beds next. Hope to come back and purchase again soon from Ayesha. Was a pleasure to walk into a well organised store, and I have to say it's amazing management by Pam (Manager) for training her staff to be so exceptionally well trained and understanding. Great experience overall

it was quick and easy i was in and out of the store within 20 minutes and all the questions that i had were answered by staff

Hi I’m a first time buyer from dreams and honestly I must say the reason for my purchase was 25% the bed but 75% the amount of effort and time I was given personally on all levels from great greeting at the door to when I purchased and left. I have visited over 7/8 different stores from Argos to Harvey’s and many more but the worker at dreams in ilford named Ayesha had personally showed me what customer satisfaction is without actually being a sales person and more of a friend. Every store I went to was pushing to make a sale whereas Ayesha had personally told us what would be good and showed us a bed which calculated everything for us. What an amazing person

James greeted us as soon as we came through the door and made us feel welcome. His demeanour was lovely and his knowledge, we could tell was great. He offered us a drink and got us straight on the sleep match and asked us a lot of questions about what we were looking for, before offering us a pillow and then taking us round all the listed beds and more. James was great start to finish!

The employee was kind and understood what we wanted, he helped us during the purchase processing and the delivery was on time. We are happy with the product.
