It was a good experience buying my first bed. The advice on comfort was very helpful. He was very polite and nice to talk to.

i was served by Pam who was perfect help from the outset and throughout. She had a wealth of experience which was evident as she answered every question we had. She was attentive throughout and made our experience enjoyable. we ended up buying two mattresses, a bed and two pillows all because of Pam. We will recommend Pam and Dreams to our friends and family as this was the best customer service we had received in a long time

Your staff "Ayesha" was a delight to deal with. She assisted us in making the right choice for the mattress we were looking for. We already shopped around for a while for the correct mattress. Ayesha was very knowledgeable about the products in store and was readily available for us to make the right choice. Albeit, it was out of our price range, that we could afford, but after a lot of deliberation, we settled for the product that was highly recommended. Time will tell !!! Visited Ilford store, Pam and Bhavesh have attended us.. Pam is having good knowledge of product , side by side, very patiencely she was giving the training to Bhavesh.. overall, very satisfied with the services.. The delivery boys were amazing as well.. left the mattress to the room and advised to remove the packing and leave it for some time to get fresh air.. I am happy with the services Thanks Team

Found your mattress a bit expensive whereas I could find better deals online

Although the service and store was great, i think lead time for product delivery could be a little quicker and i will reserve my judgement when i see the product in my room.
