Helpful staff who explored different options for choices of bed

Went to buy a bed was helped as soon I had walked through the door the experience was really good and the person helping me knew exactly what I was on about

I was very impressed by the system that was used to find what kind of mattress we needed. The assistant was very helpful and pleasant as well.

I am one of these guys that don't like shopping,when I went in I said to the guy,I will come and see you if I need anything.i have done this in many shops but they did not listen, your man said if I need to know about anything when you ready,please don't hesitate to ask, that gave me time to really check things out and take things in.

Sean was great, excellent product knowledge and very friendly. No pressure to buy at all and did not mind me going to look at other stores.

Julie was very friendly & knowledgable. She was on hand to help us when needed. Offered us tea/ coffee. And helped to process our order. The whole visit was a lovely experience.

Clare was very helpful, offered coffee and was highly knowledgeable on the type of beds.

Claire extremely helpful - will return as needed
