claire at the kirkcaldy store was amazing very welcoming, kept us safe and had a great knowledge to help us with buying the bed base and mattress we decided on

Claire was lovely attentive and very knowledgeable about the mattress we purchased, I thoroughly enjoyed the robot bed and would love that mattress for home ( lol ) overall a very pleasing and enjoyable visit and I'll be sure to let friends and family know of our experience

Clare was very helpful and knowledgeable when I first visited the branch in November and she ascertained the best mattress using the instore computer. She encouraged me to test the mattress and pillow. I explained I would return once my room was ready for the bed so I spoke to Clare instore yesterday and I completed my order with her assistance.

On both occasions I felt the staff were friendly and obliging without being over powering, just trying to make a sale.

Extremely helpful Assistant who fully understood our requirements and budget and took as much time as required to see that we felt happy with the decisions made.

We browsed the store, saw a few beds we wanted to enquire further. That aside the sales assistant was made aware of our requirements. we went through the "bed test" which results showed what other products may be of interest and we followed this through with the sales assistant and thereafter we made our final choice from the listed options. At point of sale we discussed other "add ons", free pillows etc, all that I presume goes with such a purchase given a there were sales promotions available at the time which we took advantage of as the purchase of the mattress was a considered purchase. Payment/delivery etc was finalised. We look forward to receiving our new mattress next month and the uplift of the current one.

Staff were were very friendly and listened well to our needs, they interacted throughout the visit and helped us to make an informed choice. We were given privacy and plenty of time to make our decision, with absolutely no pressure. We were impressed by the technology that helped us understand and decide on the right mattress for our needs and the knowledge of the staff to explain any questions we had regarding this.
